The ingredients needed are (Panlasang Pinoy):
2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 pieces dried bay leaves
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 to 2 cups water
¼ cup cooking oil
½ tablespoon white sugar
Salt and whole peppercorn
But you can make additional ingredients or make slight changes in your method. Like I chop garlic into tiny pieces, this is for personal reasons.
