Probably, the most popular and one of the easiest to cook native Filipino dish, the adobo, either chicken or pork. But here, it’s about how to make a chicken adobo.

This video tutorial is produced by Panlasang Pinoy, the most popular Filipino cooking video tutorial in Youtube, currently with more than 548,000 subscribers.

The ingredients needed are (Panlasang Pinoy):

2 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces
3 pieces dried bay leaves
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 to 2 cups water
¼ cup cooking oil
½ tablespoon white sugar
Salt and whole peppercorn

But you can make additional ingredients or make slight changes in your method. Like I chop garlic into tiny pieces, this is for personal reasons.
