Videos: How will Federalism work in the Philippines?

Most advocates of federalism here in the Philippines are from the provinces, and I myself is from Iligan City, and I was promoting it in the internet forums since 2005. So, it’s not a surprise that President Rodrigo Duterte, who is from Davao City is pushing for federalism form of government.

Even before Duterte wasn’t sure of running for president two years ago, he was already going around the country promoting federalism during this speeches.

Presently, the Philippines is using the Unitary or Centralized form of government. This video below will explain it further.
