Eating together as a family has always been part of the Filipinos’ culture, and one of the most popular practice is the boodle food fight. It’s not literally fighting over the food, but eating it together with friends and family where food of all sorts, but usually grilled meat and fish and a heap of rice in the middle are put combined together in a long table.
Here with my family and relatives at Kapayas Island located in Lopez-Jaena, Misamis Occidental in Northern Mindanao. This type of food fellowship does not happen often, so we made sure it was recorded by my sister’s new Go Pro action camera.
